Carnegie Cooke Releases Venue Information for Special Meeting of Shareholders

Carnegie Cooke & Company, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CGKY) As previously announced Carnegie Cooke will host a special meeting of shareholders for consideration of name change to TrackBets International, Inc. The meeting will be held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 4:30pm in the 4th floor Federation conference room of 25 West 43rd Street, New York, NY.

All shareholders are invited to attend the Meeting in person. For those that cannot attend in person proxy cards were mailed on November 21st to shareholders of record as of November 13, 2007.
