Carnegie Cooke releases Updated Information for Special Meeting of Shareholders

Carnegie Cooke & Company, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CGKY) Carnegie Cooke will host a special meeting of shareholders for consideration of name change to TrackBets International, Inc. The meeting will be held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 4:30pm in the 4th floor Federation conference room of 25 West 43rd Street, New York, NY.
