Carnegie Shareholders Approve Name Change to TrackBets International, Inc.

Carnegie Cooke & Company, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CGKY) Over 85% of Carnegie Cooke beneficial shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the name change to TrackBets International, Inc., with 99% voting in favor of the resolution. The official results and tabulation will be posted on the website (www.carnegiecooke.com) later this week.

Management strongly believes that this change was an integral step to maintaining the momentum of moving the company in a new direction. The positive response to the vote is an indication that we have the support of our shareholder base, as we strengthen and improve the company. We believe that we will have easier access to new sources of funding and anticipate increased trading volume as TrackBets is more readily identifiable with the gaming and turf sector, offering a clearer representation of the nature of our business.
