Juan F. Laguer, VP of Technology/Secretary

Since joining Carnegie Cooke & Company, Inc. in July 2004 Juan Francisco Laguer has functioned in several capacities:

• Director of Research & Development from July of 2004 through April 2005 primarily located at the Las Vegas Headquaters.
• Director of Marketing from May 2005 through Dec 2005 in the NY Office.
• Director of Technology & promoted to Assistant Secretary as of Janurary 2006 through December 2006.  Mr. Laguer trained all Brazilian staff on the international simulcast signal, including system operations and troubleshooting resolution.
• Mr. Laguer presently holds the title of VP of Technology effective January 1, 2007.
• In February 2006 J. Laguer became Assistant Secretary, effective June 2007 he holds the title of Secretary.

Prior to joining the Carnegie Cooke management team Mr. Laguer was a JPMorgan Private Bank Analyst as a part of the project management team Internal Consulting Services. Mr. Laguer worked a total of 5 years in Management training & development programs in Chase Manhattan Bank and then JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Mr. Laguer attended the Stern School of Business at New York University from 1997 through 2001 when he graduated with a Double Major and a Bachelors of Science Degree in both International Business and Management & Organizational Behavior.
