Mark Goldberg, President/Chief Executive Officer/Director

Mark Goldberg has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnegie Cooke since August 9, 2004 after serving as its Chief Operating Officer from March, 2003 to August, 2004. From 1979-2003, he was an NASD-registered representative specializing in mergers and acquisitions. In 2000-2001, Mr. Goldberg produced "Bells are Ringing" on Broadway and was nominated for a Tony award for Producer; in 2001 he produced "Summer of '42" off-Broadway. He has been a member of the financial advisory board for Cathedral Prep School, Queens, New York from 1999 to the present. Mr. Goldberg received his A.A.S. degree from Nassau Community College in 1976 and his B.S. in Marketing from C. W. Post University in 1978.
